We would rather refund you than keep money you do not feel good about paying. Each of our programs carries the guarantee below. Ask for a refund and you get it, without having to explain yourself.

Cohort programs

This covers The AI Agent Builders and The AI Agent Architects.

30-day money-back guarantee, counted from the day the cohort starts, not the day you pay. Full refund, no questions asked.

Enrolling early costs you nothing, because the 30 days only begin when the cohort does. You can attend the first sessions, see the work, and still ask for a refund inside the 30 days.

Community membership

30-day money-back guarantee, counted from the day you join. Come to a session, look around, and if it is not for you, ask inside the 30 days and we refund you in full.

One-day team workshop

If your team does not leave the day with an AI employee running, you do not pay. Full refund, no questions asked.

The promise of the day is a working AI employee, live on a real channel, before the day ends. If we do not deliver that, the workshop is free.

How to ask for a refund

Email info@aitokenlabs.com from the address you bought with, and say which program you are asking about. You do not need to give a reason.

We process refunds to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few days more to show it.

Anything not listed here

Coaching, custom team training and platform subscriptions are quoted or agreed individually, and the terms you were given in writing apply. If you are unsure what covers your purchase, email info@aitokenlabs.com and ask before you buy; we will put it in writing.
