The Lab — a room for people putting AI to work.

Free to join. It's where we work out what's changing in AI, what's worth your time, and how people are actually running agents day to day. Not a broadcast channel, and not a course.

AI moves faster than anyone can track alone.

The Lab is where that gets sorted out together — what shipped, what actually works, what quietly broke. Openly, and without a pitch attached to every post.

What's inside

What's actually changing

New tools, new models, new failure modes — filtered by people using them on real work, not reacting to launch posts.

Ask a real question

Stuck on a workflow, a prompt, an integration? Ask the room. Nobody here is pretending it all just works.

People at every level

Owners automating a first task, operators wiring agents together, engineers designing them from scratch.

Built in the open

We run our own business on AI employees and show the parts that break, not just the demo that works.

One global room

Kenya, the US, everywhere else — together. Topics aren't geographic, so the room isn't either.

Read by a person

Every application is reviewed by hand, usually within a day. That's what keeps the room worth being in.

What The Lab is not

Worth saying plainly, so nobody joins expecting the wrong thing.

It is not a course. There is no curriculum and no finish line. It is a room, and rooms are only as good as who is in them — which is why applications are read rather than rubber-stamped.

It will not build your AI employees for you. If what you want is to finish with agents actually running in your business, in four weeks, with people alongside you — that is the cohort, and it costs money. We'll tell you about it inside, once you've had a chance to decide whether we're worth listening to.

You will not be dropped into a sales sequence for something you didn't ask for. Joining The Lab gets you The Lab.

Request an invite

Two short steps. Leave your name and email here, then answer four quick questions on the community itself — they're what let us match you to the right people rather than approving an email address.

Free, and it stays free. Applications are usually reviewed within a day.
